Integrity, honesty, and attention to detail are very important to me. As a Transaction Coordinator,
Office Administrator, and licensed Realtor®, I take pride in keeping transactions organized, staying
on top of deadlines, and making sure the details are handled correctly from contract to closing.
I enjoy the challenge of coordinating all the moving pieces of a transaction. For the past 2½ years, I
have worked with transaction files in SkySlope, entering and managing information, keeping
documents organized, and making sure files are complete and accurate. I genuinely enjoy working
with contracts, timelines, numbers, and the details that can sometimes be overlooked.
I am especially proud of my 25+ years as a professional milk tester serving Central Pennsylvania's
agricultural community. After earning a Bachelor's degree in Counseling, I began working with
farmers throughout the area. Milk testing required me to multitask, manage a great deal of
information, and maintain meticulous records with accuracy and consistency. Those skills have
stayed with me throughout my career and continue to be valuable in my work today.
My background has also taught me the importance of patience, communication, dependability, and
treating people with respect. I especially enjoy working with senior adults and their families and
understand that buying or selling a home can be an important life transition.
When I'm not working, I enjoy serving in my church, cooking and canning from scratch, creating
herbal salves and lotions, and traveling to new places. I am proud to serve Central Pennsylvania
and look forward to helping make each transaction as smooth and successful as possible.
